Sign in and go to Cards → Freeze. The card is blocked immediately — no payments, ATM, or online use. Unfreeze any time if you find it.
Report it & order a replacement
From the card's Manage panel, choose “Report lost / stolen”. We cancel the card and you can order a replacement with a fresh number on the spot.

- We will never ask for your full password, PIN, card number, or one-time codes — by phone, email, or message.
- Check the address bar reads riesant.com before you sign in, and ignore links in unexpected messages.
- Turn on two-factor authentication in Settings → Security for an extra layer at sign-in.
- Review your transactions regularly — you'll find them under each account in your portal.
