Family Office

One view of everything

For principals and families who want their entire balance sheet, across every bank and asset class, brought into a single coherent picture.

Family Office

As wealth grows in scale and complexity, it tends to fragment. Accounts sit with several banks, custodians and managers; operating businesses, property and private holdings are recorded in different places; and no one party holds the complete picture. The Riesant Family Office service exists to close that gap, bringing consolidated oversight, governance and day-to-day coordination into one trusted relationship.

We work with families at the Riesant Family Office tier, by invitation, where investable assets exceed €25 million. Depending on what already exists, we can act as your family office, or work alongside an established one, providing the reporting, structure and discretion that allow you to make decisions with a full view of what you hold and why.

Capabilities

What this includes

Consolidated Reporting

A single, regularly produced view of the family's complete balance sheet, drawing in positions held across multiple banks, custodians and asset classes.

Governance & Family Constitution

Family charters, decision frameworks and next-generation education that give shared wealth clear principles, defined roles and orderly succession.

Concierge & Lifestyle

Property, art advisory and the logistics of bankable assets, arranged discreetly and coordinated through a single point of contact.

Single & Multi-Family Office Support

We act as the family office, or work alongside yours, providing reporting, administration and banking support sized to how the family chooses to operate.

Consolidated reporting

Most families of significant means hold assets with more than one institution, often by design. Diversifying counterparties is prudent, but it leaves no single statement that answers the simplest question: what do we own, and how is it performing. We bring those positions together into one report, regardless of where they are held.

Reporting covers liquid portfolios, cash, private holdings, property and other real assets, presented consistently and at the frequency you prefer. Because Riesant operates on open architecture with no retained retrocessions, the figures we show you are not shaped by which products carry an incentive; they reflect what is actually held and what it has done.

Governance and the family constitution

Wealth that spans generations needs more than a portfolio; it needs agreed principles for how decisions are made, who is involved, and how the next generation is prepared. We help families draft charters and constitutions, define decision frameworks, and establish the cadence of family meetings that keeps everyone informed.

Next-generation education is a recurring theme. We work with younger family members on the fundamentals of stewardship, the responsibilities that accompany shared assets, and the practical workings of the family's affairs, so that succession is a continuation rather than a disruption.

Concierge, lifestyle and family office support

Beyond banking and reporting, principals often need a discreet hand with property, art advisory and the logistics that surround bankable assets. We coordinate these matters through a single point of contact, drawing on a network of specialists and arranging everything with the privacy our clients expect.

How we fit alongside you is a matter of choice. For families with an established office, we provide consolidated reporting, custody and banking support that complements their team. For those without one, Riesant can perform the family-office function directly. In either case we coordinate with, but do not replace, your tax advisers and legal counsel.

Questions, answered

Do we need an existing family office to work with you?

No. Riesant can act as your family office, providing reporting, administration and banking support directly, or we can work alongside an established single or multi-family office. We size the engagement to how your family already operates.

Can you report on assets held away from Riesant?

Yes. Consolidated reporting is built to draw in positions held with other banks, custodians and managers, so that the picture we present reflects the family's complete balance sheet rather than only what is held with us.

Who qualifies for the Family Office service?

It is offered at the Riesant Family Office tier, by invitation, for families with investable assets above €25 million. If your circumstances are approaching this threshold, your relationship team can discuss whether the service is appropriate.

Do you replace our tax and legal advisers?

No. We coordinate closely with your existing tax advisers and legal counsel and provide them with consolidated information, but we complement rather than replace independent professional advice.
